We live and work today in a sea of changes, that can never be controlled. This is brought about by the rapid changes taking place in technology. We don't even notice the changes that almost occur every minute, affecting not only our everyday lives, our major undertakings, our educational system included. There is a demand for improvement in the performance of our school organization. Schools today must be nimble, quick and proactive if we desire effective and globaly competitive products of education.
The teacheress play a vital role in the program because they are tasked to train not only the young learneres but, but the adults as well. Their responsiblities and functions are extended to the community.
