A record management system for Contreras Medical Clinic and Hospital not just to lessen their paper works but for them to easily find and retrieve data of the inpatients, outpatients and employees, This system gives assurance to the patients that their information is secured and cannot be stole, torn, disappeared or leaked. The study was conducted from January 2015 to March 2016 to develop a record management system for Contreras Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) design the user interface of the record management system; 2) test and evaluate the system; 3) implement the system in the hospital. The interactive model was used by the developers as leading tool for the development of the system. It is composed of planning , analysis, design, evaluation and implementation phases upon developing the system, it was evaluated in terms of accuracy of contents and gender sensitivity, software support curriculum need jobs, software as a learning tool, intended user learner, cost efficiency and technical support. A total of respondents composed of IT Experts, Hospital admin, nurses, pharmacist, doctor, teachers, and students. The system received a total of score of 89.72/100. The assessment revealed that the system satisfied the needs of the end users and it is ready for deployment.
