The study was conducted from August 2018 to May 2019 to develop a mobile application that serves as a platform to encourage people to look a hotel, resort, and restaurant in different provinces in the Philippines with good reviews and feedbacks. Specifically, the study aimed to 1) design a search engine application that provide the information of a hotel, a resort or a restaurant in different areas in the Philippines, view the list of properties registered for the mobile application and view the current location of the property using Google Maps, 2) create a website and mobile application using appropriate application and website development tools such as Adobe XD for the official prototype of the system, Android Studio for the main programming language of the application, PHP for the website and inquiry messages between the owner and end-user, JavaScript for basic security of the system, MYSQL for the database of the application and website, and Google Maps API for GPS location/mapping purposes, 3) test the functionality, portability and the reliability of the application; 4) evaluate the performance of the system using the adapted ISO25010 Model, deploy the application. The developers used the RAD model of system development for the methodology. The planning, user design phase which need of prototyping, testing and refining the application, the construction phase and the cutover phase was performed continuously until the system was developed for evaluation and implementation. The evaluation form was accomplished by three (3) mobile developers, two (2) website developers, fifteen (15) owners from different hotel, resort and restaurant owners and tourists and ten (10) mobile end users. The respondents selected are knowledgeable in using applications and websites. The application of GOPH: A Mobile Search Engine for Philippine Hotels, Resorts and Restaurant gained a mean of 4.10 which describes it as excellent for the mobile developers and a mean of 4.03 which describes it as excellent for the web developers. It also gained a total mean of 3.98 which shows that it is very satisfactory for the mobile users from different hotels, resorts, and restaurants. On the other hand, the mobile end user gained a total of 4.27 which shows that it is very satisfactory.
