The Company is located at Phase II, CEZA, Rosario, Cavite 4016 The main objective of the study was to determine the factors affecting the growth of Imperial Tobacco Philippine Bobbin Corp. in CEZA Rosario, Cavite Specifically, the study aimed to determine the factors affecting the growth of imperial tobacco industry, determine how the government affects the growth of the company, describe the export process flow of tobacco cuts from origin country to exporting countries. The data collected were primary and secondary data: Primary data were collected through the information given by the company and observation of the proponents. The secondary data were gathered through unstructured questionnaire, internet, books recorded interview and unpublished books. Descriptive method was applied. The researchers also observed the company for 240 hours. Interview and also observation was conducted to support basis of facts. The researchers observed that Philippine Bobbin Corporation has a strong customer-supplier relationship because they provide good quality of service, and they were able to meet the target output of tobacco cuts demand by the clients. The company has a good communication within the firm, the management provides possible solution in every problem they encountered that will help to improve their performance The Philippine Bobbin Corporation was located at CEZ Cavite Economic Zone in Rosario, Cavite and this industry is under PEZA or the Philippine Economic Zone Authority which is one of its advantage because they enjoy tax incentives as part of its agreement that all registered activities were tax free from importation and exportation but it needs to submit all the necessary requirements to PEZA a week before the date of shipment Philippine Economic Zone Authority will be benefited through the 5% share from the total revenue of the company each year Philippine Bobbin Corporation is zero rated Value Added Tax of its transactions, properties and services in connection with Philippine Economic Zone Authority registered activities Imperial Tobacco Philippine Bobbin Corporation is well known international tobacco cuts producer and it has a well-planned process of cutting the tobacco leaves from raw materials into finished goods that contributed to the good quality of service it provides to its clients that gain customers loyalty as part of its continuous growth and their long-term survivability. Philippine Bobbin Corporation is continuously growing through sales of service. As of now it has 268 machines and 1300 employees where in 1100 of them are production operators as part of continuous growth of the company. The result of the study proved that Imperial Tobacco Philippine Bobbin Corp. have grown and increase their sales yearly starting 2013 to 2017. This can be associated that Imperial Tobacco Philippine Bobbin Corp is a well-established and one of the leading Tobacco industries worldwide. The researcher would like to recommend in Imperial Tobacco Philippine Bobbin Corporation are properly air conditioned, maintains the good quality of service, maintain the effective way of motivating the operators. The company should also maintain the way of submitting the requirements and list of importable goods ahead of time to avoid paying of taxes from importation and to improve the company website for them to be easily recognized by the clients and also by the applicants.
