The primary objective of this study was to develop a Fish Brining Machine that could help small and medium Tinapa Industry to make the brining process is faster, this study aimed to :(1) design a Fish Brining Machine; (2) construction a Fish Brining Machine from available parts and materials in the local market; and (3) evaluate the prototype. This was conducted at Cavite State University Rosario Campus,Rosario,Cavite from June 2015 to November 2015. The study was developed particularly for the benefits of the following : (1) Tinapa Factory (2) small and medium industry (3) instructor (4)students (5) researchers (6) future researchers and other industry. The result of evaluation were collected and tabulated. The result were further interpreted the heat temperature using water heater to determine the level of performance of the prototype. The machine can load about 10 to 12 kilograms of fish in one batch, in terms of using Galunggong it was immersed for 10 min., then Law Law it was soaked into 2 min., and 40sec., and Bangus was soaked for 15 min. Fish Brining Machine was not operated because of some design defects. There is a need to re-design the project. In terms of safety,the temperature of different components of the prototype remains constant within the prescribe operating temperature after several hours of usage. The total cost of the complete project is Php.21,134.00
