520 _aRIOS, CYRINE E. & VIZMANOS, MARIELLE L Automated DTR System for CVSU-CCAT Employees. Undergraduate Design Project. Department of Engineering. Cavite State University - Cavite College of Arts and Trades Campus, Rosario, Cavite. June 2019. Adviser: Engr. John Michael M. Dharma and Technical Critic: Engr. Judith O. Banogbanog. The study was conducted from December 2018 to May 2019 to develop an automated DTR system that can improve the current system for time in and out of the employees. Specifically, the study aimed to 1.) design an automated DTR system in which micro-controller is directly connected to the server that allows the following features:1.1 statistics and summary of attendance; 1.2 individual viewing of summary of attendance through a website; and 1.3 allows the admin to enroll, update, and deactivate employees account. 2.) test and evaluate the system in terms of the following: 2.1 functional suitability; 2.2 performance efficiency; 2.3 compatibility; 2.4 usability; 2.5 reliability; 2.6 security; 2.7 maintainability; and 2.8 portability, 3. assess the perception of the end-users on the technology in terms of the following: 3.) ISO 25010: Quality Model for Quality in use. Technicalities and quality model for quality in use were evaluated to determine the performance of the Automated DTR System in monitoring employees DTR records to improve the current system. The result of the statistical analysis revealed that Automated DTR System can be used as an effective DTR system of the campus wherein it is centralized, reliable, and transparent to the employees compared to the existing system of the campus.
