520 _aOGNES, KHRIZMA JOY J., REBADOMIA, MARK JEFFERSON C., SUELTO, KIMBERLY CLAIRE DC. Development of Specialized Lecture Pad and Duplicating Device for Smart TV’s. Design Project. Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Cavite State University-Rosario Campus, Rosario, Cavite. March 2017. Adviser: Engr. John Michael Dharma. Technical critic: Kenneth J. Enrico The study was conducted from December 2016 to March 2017 to develop a specialized lecture pad and duplicating device for smart TV. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1. design and construct a duplicating device to display the real-time interface of the lecture pad to the smart TV and an android application software specialized for lecturing; 2. develop a program for the microcontroller that will store the data received from the Wi-Fi module to the smart TV; 4. test and evaluate the technical performance of the duplicating device and the functionality of the android application software; and 4. implement the device at Cavite State University Rosario. The proponents used the iterative model of the system development for the methodology. The planning, analysis, design phases were performed continuously until the prototype was developed for evaluation and implementation. The prototype was evaluated by the proponents and their technical critic at TVEPR1 while the android application was evaluated by selected teachers and students of Cavite State University-Rosario Campus. The said android application gained a total score of 90/100, suggesting a satisfactory performance and characteristics.
