There is a demand for improvement in the performance of our school organization. Schools today must be nimble, quick and proactive if we desire effective and globaly competitive products of education. The teacheress play a vital role in the program because they are tasked to train not only the young learneres but, but the adults as well. Their responsiblities and functions are extended to the community. They are concerned not only with the education of the young choldren in the classroom, but also with the improvement of the adults in the community. The strength of democracy depends upon the enlightened citizenry. The most valuable singular resource of any community is its people. hence, the economic development of human resources. The educational system is thye major supplier of skills, hence it is the task of the teachers to see to it they produce quality students.
