The study was conducted from January 2015 to March 2016 to develop an online library management system. Specifically, the study aimed: 1) design and develop the logical and user interface of the online library management system; 2) test and evaluate the online library management system; 3) and deploy the system through internet.

The developers used the interactive model of system development for the methodology. The planning, analysis, design phase were performed continuously until the system was developed for evaluation and implementation.

The system was evaluated by 30 participants, composed of IT experts, librarian, teachers and students of CvSU-Rosario. The online library management system gained a total score of 93/100, suggesting an outstanding performance and characteristics
