The study was conducted from January 2017 to April 2018 a web-based transaction processing system of Catholic churches of Cavite Specifically, the study aimed 1) design and develop a web based transaction processing system 2) create website using HTML, PHP, JavaScript and CSS for its front-end and MySQL. for the back-end, 3) test and evaluate using modified ISO-EIC 25010 software evaluation instrument, and 4) implement the website Catholic churches of Cavite at Diocese of Imus Cavite

The developers used the interactive model of the system development for the methodology The planning, analysis, design phase were performed continuously until the system was developed for evaluation and implementation

The system was evaluated by 35 participants, composed of five (5) web developers, five (5) parish secretaries and twenty five (25) citizens of Cavite. The website gained a total of 4.46/5.00 in the evaluation of web developers and 4.36/5.00 in end users, suggesting an outstanding performance and characteristics
