The study was conducted from August 2017 to April 2018 in Cavite State University CCAT Campus to develop a mobile application for the pet's treatments and tips compilation. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) identify all important treatments and tips about common house pets and design an informative offline application; 2) test and evaluate the pet's treatments and tips compilations using the appropriate mobile application evaluation criteria; and 3) implement the system into android phones.

In developing the research topic, the developers used the interactive model of system development life cycle method. The model includes planning, analysis, design, evaluation and system implementation phase.

The evaluation was conducted at Tanza, Cavite, Las Piñas City, Cavite State University -CCAT Campus and LEENtech Network Solutions. The participants of the study were composed of five mobile application developers, five IT Experts, five Tanza, Cavite veterinarians and thirty-five (35) pet owners. It gained a mean of 4.24 and described as a Very Satisfactory for mobile developer respondents while it gained 4.48 and described as Very Satisfactory for end-users
