The study was conducted from August 2017 to May 2018 at Cavite State University-CCAT Campus at SMT shop to develop and evaluate the pneumatic powered hose reel with quick release attachment system. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1.) Design the pneumatic powered hose reel with quick release attachment system; 2.) Construct the pneumatic powered hose reel with quick release attachment system; 3.) Evaluate the speed of the retraction of the hose reel to retract the hose of pneumatic powered hose reel with quick release attachment system; 4.) Conduct cost analysis for Hose pneumatic powered hose reel with quick release attachment system. The prototype was developed with three (3) major parts namely; Hose reel, Pneumatic motor and Pneumatic socket wrench. It also includes an air hose which serves as the path of air coming from the air compressor. Hose reel with Pneumatic motor was developed to retract the hose in the hose reel automatically, however an assistance is needed for the proper alignment of the hose. The developed prototype can retract 19 meters hose automatically. The total cost of the project was Php.17, 781.06 ER -
