The study was conducted from July 2013 to January 2014 in Cavite to help the owner and staffs of Chua's pavilion for easy reservation and record keeping. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1. perform preliminary investigation to evaluate the existing reservation process; 2. build a logical model of the new system; 3. create a physical model of the online website with reservation; 4. implement a completely functioning website for Chua's Pavilion and evaluate its effectively; and 5. maintain and enhance the website. Through the help of the administrator and staffs of the Chua's pavilion, all the necessary data were gathered. Collected data includes the flow of reservation process, pricing and policies. This information was used as a reference in the development of the system. Waterfall SDLC model was used as a method in developing the system. A software instrument was used to test all the functionalities of the system. Two hundred (200) participants composed of two (2) administrators and four (4) staffs of Chua's pavilion, fifty (50) college students of Cavite State University - Rosario and one hundred forty-four (144) possible customers within Cavite. Results showed that the developed website for Chua's Pavilion satisfies the needs and requirement of the owner and staffs. Therefore, the system is an effective way of promoting Chua's Pavilion and would definitely resolve issues encountered during reservation.
