The Guidance and Placement Office Official Website for Cavite State University - Rosario Campus was developed to provide an additional tool to help the student to easily find a company where they can have their On the Job Training. The administrator of the Guidance and Placement Office will be able to post the entire available slots to the contact company of our school. The student can apply On the Job Training online; they can upload their resume in this system. Also the system can provide a forum. In the development of the study, we used Adobe Dream Weaver CS5 for the design of the system interface. Application program such as SQLyog for the database storage and retrieval of data, Xampp as the temporary host, PHP as the scripting language were used for the module construction and coding. The specific objectives were met upon completion of the system that serves as a tool that will help students to find a company where they can undertake their On the Job Training. It resolved the problems encountered by the students in the traditional way of finding a job.
