This book serves as guide in the implementation of the National Service Training Program-Civic Welfare Training Service (NSTP-CWTS 1) in compliance with the NSTP Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9163) and in Accordance with its newly revised implementing Rules and Regulations dated November 13, 2009. The topics tackled by the worktext are based on the minimum standards for NSTP common and specific modules and on various references and sources aligned with the program content suggested by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA).
