Summary: CAMACHO BRIAN KENNETH P., ROM CRISTIAN F.,SEVILLA JR.RENATO M., and SISON TIFFANY MAE D. Development of Three Phase Motor and Transformer Simulator Trainer. Design Project. Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. Cavite State University-Cavite College of Arts and Trades Campus, Rosario, Cavite. March 2018. Adviser: Mr. Ariesthotle D. Arive. Technical Critic: Mr. Noelle T. Legaspi. This study entitled Development of Three Phase Motor and Transformer Simulator Trainer to answer the following questions: 1) how does the Three phase Motor and Transformer Simulator Trainer works for instructors and students 2) how does the Three Phase Motor and Transformer Simulator Trainer helps the students easily to understand the connection. Specially, this study aims to: 1) design a Three Phase Motor and Transformer Simulator Trainer; 2) construct a Three Phase Motor and Transformer Simulator Trainer; 3) evaluate the performance and operation of device in terms of connecting the given schematic diagrams, to know if the controls are operational and what is the mean of each connection, six motor connection and five transformers connection and in the prototype and the quality and; 4) conduct a cost analysis for Three Phase Motor and Transformer Simulator Trainer. This study was conducted at Cavite State University Cavite College of Arts and Trades Campus from August 2017 to April 2018.The Three Phase Motor and Transformer Simulator Trainer would benefit the electrical and electronic students who wanted to enter the electrical industry. The prototype was safe to use based on the results of the evaluation. The methods used in the prototype was fabricating the body, repainting the tools, applying Polly tuff and sand paper, fabricating the frame, placing the equipment, testing the motor and three identical transformer, to see the RPM (Revolution per Minute) of rotor using tachometer, checking the voltage and ampere by using volt-ammeter and testing the eleven connection.
