Summary: JUAGPAO, SANSEN JR M. Innovative Blade Indentation Energy Generation System for Households. Design Project. Department of Engineering. Cavite State University-Cavite College of Arts and Trades Campus, Rosario, Cavite. June 20 I 8. Adviser: Engr. Harvey T. Crisostomo. Technical critic: Engr. Ariesthotle D. Arive. The study was conducted from June 2017 to March 2018 to design and construct a turbine that can harness renewable energy from functional rotational motion, kinetic and hydraulics energy and converts this into electricity. Specifically, the study aimed to: design a new energy generation system with practical application for households; evaluate the performance of the turbine generator system in terms of: a) the pressure of the water needed to rotate the turbine; b) generated output voltage; c) charging speed of the battery; and conduct a cost analysis for an innovative blade indentation energy generation system for households. The highest generated output voltage is at range between 7 to 9 pound square inch (psi) which are 27.10 volts in AC and 23.50 volts in DC and lowest generated output voltage is at range between 1 to 3 pound square inch (psi) which are 12.60 volts in AC and 11.50 volts in DC. For the charging speed of the battery, it was observed that it took 14 hours and 35 minutes to fully charge the battery with the rating of 12 volts 65 ampere-hour. Therefore, the system was operational in design functions and features.
