Science Education Laboratory High School, Cavite State University-Rosario Campus, April 2009. "Effectiveness of Bepplenut As A Foot Scrub".<br/><br/>Adviser: Marilou P. Luseco<br/><br/>The research study entitled "Effectiveness of Beeplenut as a Foot Scrub" was conducted to determine the possibility of producing foot scrub using pineapple peelings. Specifically, it aimed to: (1) determine the effectiveness of Beeplenut in terms of the following properties: exfoliating, moisturizing and softening; (2) determine the ideal frequency of application of the foot scrub.<br/><br/> The procedures in making the Beeplenut foot scrub were the following: gathering materials, drying of pineapple peelings, pounding of dried pineapple peelings, cooking of the materials (beeswax, coconut oil, pineapple peelings), determining the desirable proportion of the materials and data analysis.<br/><br/> The effectiveness of the foot scrub was evaluated by the respondents through the use of questionnaires.
