Borteo<br/><br/>The developer armed to develop a computerized application of police criminal case record Specifically, the study aimed to I design the user interface and identify all necessary input, process and output of CAPCCR, 2 test and evaluate the mobile application if there are still errors, and 3 install and implement the mobile application through desktop po and mobile phones<br/><br/>The developer used a system development method called iterative model where planning, analysing and designing task interact continuously to produce the CAPCCR of Rosario Cavite, that cshan be tested and implemented through desktop computer and mobile phones having an Android OS version 4.22 and up. The criteria used for the evaluation of the mobile application were accuracy, consistency, correctness, reliability, information in the program, user interaction, and technical aspects of the software materials<br/><br/>One hundred fifty (150) participants evaluated the mobale application, which is composed of fifty (50) police officers, eighty (80) students including those taking criminology, IT and other courses, and twenty (20) IT professionals The overall result of the software evaluation showed that the mobile application achieved an overall mean of 4.24 with a descriptive interpretation of "Good"<br/><br/>Based on the evaluation, the software is accurate in terms of being error-free It is consistent in terms of integrity of data.
