Adviser Christopher G Estonilo.<br/><br/>The study aimed to develop a Mobile Application System on Reading Tutorial for Kids. Specifically, the study aimed to 1) design a system that will catch the attention of the kids to enjoy reading Filipino alphabet, 4) evaluate and test the mobile application system on reading tutorial for kids, and 3) deploy the mobile application system on reading tutorial for kids in Android Phones<br/><br/>The researchers used system development method called interactive model, where planning, analyzing and designing phase interact continuously to produce the Mobile Application System on Reading Tutorial for Kids that can be tested, evaluated and implemented through mobile phones and tablets having an Android OS The criteria used by the researchers were the following accuracy, consistency, correctness, reliability, information in the program, user-interaction, and technical aspects of the software<br/><br/>Furthermore, planning the design and expected output, gathering information about the application related to the system, consulting and conducting interviews on pre school teachers were done simultaneously Upon completion of the system, the researchers conducted an evaluation to two hundred (200) participants including one hundred (100) parents from different schools, five (5) 1T Specialist and thirty five (35) Non-IT from Cavite State University Rosario Campus, sixty (60) pre-school and elementary teachers from Tejero's Convention Elementary School and Bagbag Elementary School. The result of the software evaluation showed that the application is a useful tool for the children to learn ABAKADA.<br/><br/>The Development of Mobile Application System on Reading Tutorial for Kids achieved the average mean of 4.49 in the criteria on Accuracy of the software, average mean of 4.54 in the criteria on consistency of the software, average mean of 4 63 in the criteria on correctness of the software, average mean of 4.51 in the criteria on reliability of the software, average mean of 4.52 in the criteria on information in the program of the system, average mean of 4 46 in the criteria on the user interaction of the software, and the average mean of 4.43 in the criteria on the technical aspects of the software.">CAPISTRANO, DIANARA R., DELA ROSA, LEVINA P., and FOJAS, IRIS P.
