Adviser: Jovemer Agudo.<br/><br/>The study was conducted from August 2017 to April 2018 in Cavite State University CCAT Campus to develop a mobile application for the pet's treatments and tips compilation. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) identify all important treatments and tips about common house pets and design an informative offline application; 2) test and evaluate the pet's treatments and tips compilations using the appropriate mobile application evaluation criteria; and 3) implement the system into android phones.<br/><br/>In developing the research topic, the developers used the interactive model of system development life cycle method. The model includes planning, analysis, design, evaluation and system implementation phase.<br/><br/>The evaluation was conducted at Tanza, Cavite, Las Piñas City, Cavite State University -CCAT Campus and LEENtech Network Solutions. The participants of the study were composed of five mobile application developers, five IT Experts, five Tanza, Cavite veterinarians and thirty-five (35) pet owners.
