Cavite State University Rosario CCAT-Campus. January 2022. Adviser, Mr. Kirk T. Dela Rea.<br/> The study is conducted from September 06, 2021 to January 2022 at Department of Management Studies in Cavite State University-CCAT Campus, to assess the hospitality management instructors in teaching students via virtual learning. Specially, the study aimed to: 1. determine the demographic profile of Hospitality Management instructors in Cavite State University; 2. identify the challenges of the instructors during virtual teaching; 3. identify the challenges of the instructors during the virtual teaching; and 4. recommend virtual strategies to Hospitality Management instructors.<br/> The study aimed to assess the Hospitality Management instructors in teaching students via virtual learning. Based on the study it revealed that based of the findings on demographic profile of the respondents.<br/> A total of 9 Hospitality Management Instructors in Cavite State University-CCAT Campus and 12 respondents at Cavite State University Cavite City Campus, majority of the respondents were in the age of 21-30 years old. In terms of sex, male has the highest number of respondents, for length of service 6-10 years has a highest respondent and for employment status majority of them are part time. For the challenges of the instructors during virtual teaching, internet connection has the highest total of responses with the majority of them are unable to perform task and communicate with students due to poor connection. In technical problems, shortage of gadgets for teaching has the highest number of responses or the most challenge encountered. In physical distractions, too much noises in their surroundings has the highest number of responses with the most encountered and in adapting to new Learning Platforms and Application, they are more satisfied in what Platforms they use for Virtual teaching and for the teaching strategies of the instructors in terms of lecture sessions, majority of them choose the, "for the subjects that I teach, I employ discussion as a teaching strategy" and for the laboratory session majority of respondents choose, "I present learning material to my students every time we have a laboratory demonstration".">SAPIDA, ARDELYN N.
