Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. Cavite State University-Cavite College of Arts and Trades Campus,Rosario,Cavite.May 2018. Adviser: Mr. Josefino E. Ambayec. Technical Critic: Mr. Danilo G. Santiago.<br/><br/>The study was conducted from August 2017 to May 2018 at Cavite State University-CCAT Campus at SMT shop to develop and evaluate the pneumatic powered hose reel with quick release attachment system. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1.) Design the pneumatic powered hose reel with quick release attachment system; 2.) Construct the pneumatic powered hose reel with quick release attachment system; 3.) Evaluate the speed of the retraction of the hose reel to retract the hose of pneumatic powered hose reel with quick release attachment system; 4.) Conduct cost analysis for Hose pneumatic powered hose reel with quick release attachment system.<br/><br/>The prototype was developed with three (3) major parts namely; Hose reel, Pneumatic motor and Pneumatic socket wrench. It also includes an air hose which serves as the path of air coming from the air compressor. <br/><br/>Hose reel with Pneumatic motor was developed to retract the hose in the hose reel automatically, however an assistance is needed for the proper alignment of the hose.<br/><br/>The developed prototype can retract 19 meters hose automatically.
