Department of Engineering. Cavite State University-Cavite College of Arts and Trades, Rosario, Cavite. January 2019. Adviser: Engr. John Michael A. Dharma and Technical Critic: Engr. Gee Jay C. Bartolme. <br/><br/>The study was conducted from August 2017 to November 2018 to develop a monitoring and control system that can record observation on microclimatic data and maintain the environmental parameters that are optimum for the growth of selected crops in greenhouse. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1.) design the software and hardware interface of crop environment monitoring and control system; 2.) collects and saves data gathered by the temperature and relative humidity sensor, CO2 and soil moisture sensor; and 3.) validate the function of the control system in response to change in temperature, relative humidity, and soil moisture. <br/><br/>The results of the series of trial testing of the device had showed in webpage with an accurate real time reading of temperature, relative humidity, CO2 level and soil moisture inside the greenhouse acquired by the sensors. The set of more than 30°C in temperature, less than 60% of relative humidity and an analog value of more than 900 of soil moisture activated the control system and less than 30°C in temperature, more than 60% of relative humidity and an analog value of less than 900 from soil moisture, the turning point to terminate the control system.">DUAVES, JESSA G., OLGINA, JULIUS T., GUYAMIN, JHUN P.
