Arayata. <br/><br/>The study was conducted from November 2017 to April 2018 to develop a monitoring system for temperature and relative humidity for food processing equipment, Specifically, the study aimed to: 1.) design and develop a software and hardware of the Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System; 2.) evaluate the performance of Monitoring System in monitoring temperature and relative humidity; 3.) compare the data recorded with manual measurements; 4.) develop a temperature and relative humidity profile of a fish smoking bin; and 5.) conduct a cost analysis of the system. <br/><br/>The main transmitter, sends signals to the receivers of the sensor devices. The transmitter of the first data will then send its outputs to the main receiver, which is connected to the PC, then comes the data from the second transmitter. At the time the main receiver receives the data, the outputs will be displayed on the application. The user then gets to manipulate the time span that the data will be saved, and also the loading of data that are saved for either tabular or graphical. <br/><br/>The temperature and relative humidity monitoring system can help users monitor the fluctuations and real time data on temperature and relative humidity. It can provide case in monitoring and tracking of data. The device can send data wirelessly, even at a wide range.
