| Summary, etc. | This book is designed to help teachers, school heads, and supervisors who are interested in conducting an action research to solve existing problems or gaps that hinder the attainment of educational goals and objectives. It is also meant improve current clasroom-based educational interventions and activities and school-wide or division-wide programs and projects done for school improvement, or to make informed decisions on whether to adopt or disregard current programs and projects that do not in any way contribute to the academic performance of pupils and students. The authors, believe that interventions, programs and projects which do not have positive impacts on the students' academic achievement are not effective and are not cost-efficient with the government resources just bein put to waste, If teachers, school heads and supervisors would follow the steps in this book in systematically analysing their current practice or situation, they are confident in saying that the Vision of Department is not far-fetched.<br/>With inclusion of the actual samples of tools used by the authors and the sample of their own research proposals to give the readers a concrete examples of the processes herein mentioned make it as a practical guide for action research made easy. |
