Mr. Aries M.Gelera The study was conducted from August 2018 April 2019 to develop an online hotel management system of CvSU-CCAT Hostel Specifically, the study aimed to display the features of the hostel for inquiries, accommodate online, view calendar of booked dates, create a blogging system for hostel events and happenings and contact the hostel for inquiries. The developers used System development life cycle as its methodology. The phases of planning, analyzing, designing, building, testing and deploy were continuously performed until the system was developed and ready for evaluation and implementation The system was evaluated by 20 participants composed of 11 experts, HKM teachers, HRM students and Client managers. The website gained a total score of 4.3 from website developers with descriptive interpretation of very satisfactory Meanwhile, end users gave a total score of 4.4 with a descriptive interpretation of very satisfactory.
