The study was conducted from June 2018 to March 2019 to develop the Official Website of External and Business Affairs. It specially aims to 1) gather data to external and business affairs of all the requirements and needed information of the website, 2) design the logical and user-interface of the website, 3)conduct a system testing using alpha and beta testing with the clients, 4)evaluate the system using the adapted ISO 25010 evaluation tool for websites, and 5) Implementing the website in the Cavite State University -CCAT. EBA Office.
The developer used the Iterative Model of the system development for the methodology. The Initial Planning, Planning, Requirements, Analysis and Design very well performed, Implementation and Testing
The system was evaluated by 30 respondents, composed of 5 web developers, 2 staff of EBA and 23 students of Cavite State University -CCAT Campus as the end user. The Official Website of External and Business Affairs gained a total score of 4.08./5.00 for web developers and 4.55/5.00 for the end users, suggesting an outstanding performance and characteristics.
